Manifesto
A phone that rings and nobody answers is a customer walking to someone else. We are building the one who always picks up. It says it is an AI, speaks the caller's language, writes everything down and leaves the decisions to you.
Why bilingual
Two languages, one voice
In Spain, Florida or Texas the same shop gets calls in both languages before lunch. Most answering tools treat the second one as an add-on. Remute listens, notices which language the caller is using and simply carries on in it.

What we stand for

Honest about being AI
Remute tells callers it is an AI assistant. It does not pretend to be a person, and it says so when it does not know something.

Bilingual by default
English and Spanish are first-class from day one, not a translation added later. Callers should never have to ask for their language.

Private by design
We collect what is needed to handle the call, tell callers when a call is recorded and aim to keep your data in the EU where we can.

A free plan, simple monthly tiers and no long contracts. You should be able to try it without talking to sales.
How we build
- Small steps, shipped in the open, and a roadmap that says what is planned versus live.
- We test with real call scenarios in both languages before we say something works.
- We do not give medical, legal or financial advice, and we are not HIPAA compliant yet.
- We read what you tell us. The product changes because of it.
